All you need is a little time. To get over jet lag, to get used to the new thing in your life. Give it two weeks and you'll be feeling back on track, I think.
Plus sleep. Try to get a little extra - it'll do wonders.
Find a quiet spot somewhere and meditate for a few minutes each day. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and do nothing but concentrate on inhaling and exhaling. Easier said than done, right? But it's supposed to work wonders in regaining clarity and focus.

napping is pretty fabulous.
but given what i've pieced together about your life these days, that doesn't sound like a feasible suggestion. :/

thanks you three. :)
I wish your life would calm down if for no other reason than so I can hear about it. I miss you, and hope all is going well!
